And thanks for the awesome gear suggestions. I'm definitely going to look into that. (Although I'm pretty rough on gear. I usually favor burly over lightweight, but for that price, it's certainly worth a try.)

I've got to blog here more again. It's a ghost town. Mostly I just use flickr, but I think I'm going to start doing a gear review a week or something.

I've enjoyed reading your blog tremendously over the past few weeks. It's been a great source of information and inspiration on winter riding. Can't wait to read your book.

P.S. Hope you're using co.mments.com or using google's comment tracking feature or I'm talking in an empty room. :)
